Welcome to Terms 3 and 4 Journey to the River Sea by Eva Ibbotson
This term, we will be using the book 'Journey to the River Sea' by Eva Ibbotson. The book tells the story of Maia, a young English girl who is sent to live with family in Manaus, a city along the Amazon River in Brazil. In our topic lessons, we will be learning about the geography of the Amazon Rainforest and River in Brazil and its impact on the world.
